Our office is open Monday – Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
Appointment Scheduling Hours: Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm, closed for lunch from 12-1pm.
AFTER HOURS:
Our physician on-call is available to you after hours by calling our main office number at 919-876-7692. Should you need to contact the physician on-call, this may result in additional charges which are not covered by insurance. These charges typically bill at $30-$60 per call, based on length and complexity. These are billable services and will result in an insurance claim. Unfortunately, we are not able to handle new prescription or medication refill requests after office hours. If you have a medical emergency, we recommend that you visit your nearest hospital emergency department.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist in scheduling, cancelling or rescheduling appointments after office hours. We will not assist in new prescription requests or medication refills after hours.
